Description

Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients.
Assess patient conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
Monitor patients closely and recognize changes in condition requiring immediate intervention.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders and facility protocols.
Provide appropriate care for patients requiring neonatal and emergency interventions.

Requirements

Current RN license — Single State or Multi-State Compact license.
BLS certification required.
NRP certification required. NRP-Provisional may be accepted for up to 180 days.
ACLS certification required. ACLS-Provisional may be accepted for up to 180 days.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma required.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Less than 1 year of experience accepted.
