Description

Phaxis is looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Rocky Mount, NC, where your contributions will make a meaningful impact on patient care and overall clinic operations. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

 

Location - Rocky Mount, NC
Position - NP walk in (GI available as well)
Schedule - Days, M-Th 8a-5p and Fri 8a-12p

- Full-time 40 hours/week

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries
  • Perform physical exams, assessments, and basic procedures
  • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
  • Educate patients on follow-up care and prevention

Qualifications

  • Licensed NC NP or PA in good standing
  • Prior Urgent Care or Walk-In experience preferred
