What the Facility Wants (Requirements & Expectations)

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience required, including trauma experience. First-time travelers are accepted with appropriate experience.
• Education & License: BSN required. Active state license required at submission.
• Specialty Scrub Skills Required: Must be able to scrub total joints, neuro, hybrid vascular, and robotics. Preferred experience includes ortho, urology, endo, vascular, thoracic, neuro & neuro spine, bariatrics, plastics, ENT, podiatry, and transplant.

Scheduling & Unit Policies

• Shifts & Floating: 3x12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM). No floating or blocked scheduling.
• Weekends, Holidays & Call: Weekend requirement is only 1 weekend per 6 weeks. Holidays and on-call are optional.
• Charting System: Epic.
• Scrubs: Provided by the facility.

Submission & Compliance Notes

• RTO: Must be provided at the time of submission and cannot be added afterward.
• Interview Availability: Provide a range of 3–5 potential interview days to prioritize submittal.
• Local Policy: Local travelers accepted at a rate differential (50-mile local radius).
• Compliance Clearances: PA fingerprints are required (taking 2–4 weeks to process). Valid references and copies of certifications are mandatory at submission.
