What the Facility Wants (Requirements & Expectations)

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of specialty experience required (with recent experience within the last 12 months), featuring a major emphasis on knee and hip replacements, spine, hand, and foot surgery. First-time travelers are accepted but not preferred.
• Core Skills: Both circulating and scrubbing experience are required; must be able to scrub within the posted specialty.
• License & Certifications: Active New Jersey or compact RN license and active BLS certification (must not expire within 30 days of the assignment start date) required in hand at submission. Nursys verification dated within 2 weeks of submission is mandatory.

Clinical & Unit Overview

• Floating Requirements: Travelers must be willing to float among five designated hospitals based on staffing needs (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL).
• Weekends & Call: Weekends and call are required in rotation with staff. Scrubs are provided by the facility.

Submission & Compliance Notes

• RTO & Scheduling: RTO must be submitted with the profile (none accepted post-submission). No RTO during the first week; block scheduling is not permitted.
• Interview Availability: Provide 3–5 days of interview availability with submission.
• Local Policy: Candidates living within 50 miles of the primary facility are subject to a local rate ($5 less).
• Start Requirements: Pre-employment labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing. Travelers must be clean-shaven for fit-testing.
