Description

This is a Mother Baby / Postpartum Registered Nurse (RN) contract position with Hackensack Meridian Health in Neptune, NJ.

Job Summary

Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health
Location: Neptune, NJ 07754
Position: RN – Mother Baby
Contract: ~13 weeks

Schedule

7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
3 × 12-hour shifts
36 hours/week
Every other weekend required
3 out of 6 holidays required
No on-call
No floating
Scrubs: Navy blue provided

Experience — VERY Important

Minimum 3+ years Mother Baby experience required
5 years preferred
They specifically prefer postpartum/Mother Baby nursing over Labor & Delivery
Required experience includes:
- Mother Baby
- Postpartum
- Antepartum
- Labor & Delivery
- Newborn care

Education

ASN required
BSN preferred

Required Certifications / License

AHA BLS
NRP
NJ RN license or Compact RN license
AWHONN-Advanced or C-EFM required for HMH facilities, with the posting noting an exception for JSUMC
