📍 Location: Rural Gunnison, Colorado
🏥 Setting: Skilled Nursing / Nursing Facility

📌 Position Details

Shift: Days | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed: 36 hrs/week
Contract: 13 weeks

👩‍⚕️ Required Experience

Minimum 3 years experience in:
- Hospital
- Skilled Nursing Facility
- Comparable healthcare setting
Training in rehabilitative & restorative nursing practices
Must hold an active Colorado LPN license

🏅 Required Certifications

BLS – Required
IV Certification – Preferred
