Unit: Cardiac Telemetry
Beds: 28
Patient Ratio: 1:4–6
Patient Population: All ages
Unit Focus: Cardiac care, including post-operative cardiac care
Trauma Level: Level I Trauma Center
Support Staff: PCTs, Healthcare Unit Coordinator/Unit Secretary, Monitor Technicians
Monitoring: Telemetry + virtual sitter monitoring available
Nursing: Team-based nursing
Weekend Requirement: Up to 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule period
Holidays: Required if the department has a needAscension - Saint John Medical Center
