Compensation 

Local Pay Rate: $50/hr

Travel Package: $2,099/week

*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package*

Position Details

Schedule: 

• M-F (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) 

Responsibilities

• Conduct chronic care mental health visits
• Provide counseling, emotional support, and therapeutic interventions
• Assist patients with grief, coping, and behavioral health challenges
• Monitor mental health status and treatment progression
• Collaborate with mental health professionals and support staff to ensure continuity of care

Requirements

• Active Missouri LCSW license
• 1+ yrs experience
