Direct Hire | Full-Time | Days or Nights
A leading healthcare organization in Nashua, New Hampshire is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join its team in a permanent, full-time position. Position Overview
- Permanent, full-time role

- NIGHT SHIFT ONLY
- 10 or 12-hour shift options

Compensation & Incentives
- Salary range: $65,000 – $93,000 annually (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary disorders
- Administer respiratory therapies and medications as prescribed
- Operate and maintain respiratory care equipment, including ventilators
- Monitor patient response and adjust treatments as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and disease management
- Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record
Requirements
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) Verification (Required)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Verification (Required)
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Previous acute care experience preferred
