Certifications

Basic Life Support

Description

Min 2 years of House Supervisor experience required.
New York state RN License required
ACLS, BLS Certification required

Unit Notes:

Off Shift Patient Care Manager
No direct reports. Support the staff as needed on the units they are covering
Experience or 'Must have' skills:
conflict resolution and mediation between staff or patients.
Able to quickly identify and address operational and clinical issues.
Understanding of nursing practice and standards in addition to abiding by the respective collective bargaining agreements.
