Description
Travel LPN – Unity, NH | $1,900 Weekly
Location: Claremont, NH
Specialty: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing
Contract: 13 Weeks
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Shift: Evenings
This is a rural Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing assignment ideal for an LPN who is comfortable providing direct resident care while also taking on supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recent LPN experience; experience must be within the last 6 months.
- Active NH LPN license in hand at submission.
- Compact license accepted.
- BLS – AHA required.
- IV certification required; must be willing to obtain during onboarding if needed.
- Previous travel experience highly preferred.
- Rural/small-facility experience highly preferred.
- Must be willing to float where experienced.
- COVID vaccination required; no exemptions/declinations accepted.
- Candidate must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
- Two supervisory references from the last 2 years.
- Skills checklist completed within the last year.
- All RTO must be submitted at initial presentation and cannot exceed 5 days.
- Holidays are not approved for RTO.
