Description

Travel Interventional Radiology Tech – Charlotte, NC

Location: Charlotte, NC
Start Date: September 9, 2026
Contract: 20 Weeks
Openings: 1
Shift: Days | 5x8s | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 Hours/Week
Call: Required – approximately 1 day/week
Weekend: Approximately 1 weekend every 6–7 weeks
 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Interventional Radiology experience – Required
  • Neuro experience – MUST HAVE
  • ARRT – Required
  • BLS – Required
  • Epic experience – Required
  • Interventional Radiology & Special Procedures experience
  • Fluoroscopy experience
  • Sterile technique
  • Previous Stroke Certified Hospital experience preferred
  • Trauma Level I/II experience preferred

  • Stroke intervention & intracranial embolization
  • Carotid angiography & stenting
  • Thrombolysis / Thrombectomy
  • Angioplasty & embolization
  • IVC filter placement/removal
  • Nephrostomy & biliary procedures
  • Chemoembolization
  • Mesenteric angiography
  • Central venous access / Port placement
  • TIPS
  • Vertebroplasty / Kyphoplasty
  • Equipment setup, circulating & maintaining sterile field
  • 3D imaging & PACS

Preferred

  • ARRT CI / ARRT VI
  • GE Innova & Siemens experience
  • Ultrasound
  • Previous Stroke Certified Hospital experience

 

 

Neuro experience is a hard requirement. First-time travelers will NOT be accepted. Candidate must be available for the facility's scheduled orientation/start date. Scrubs: Light Blue – Not provided
