Key Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: Perform oral health assessments, dental prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, radiographs, sealants, and fluoride applications.
• Patient Education & Support: Partner with patients to deliver evidence-based oral health education and care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Clinical Operations: Prepare and stock operatories, assist with instrument sterilization, maintain infection control standard precautions, and document chart notes accurately.
• Care Coordination: Review patient records and consult with site dentists and care teams for necessary outside referrals or integrated health services.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Licensure & Certifications: Active Washington State Department of Health Dental Hygiene license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Skills: Proficient with computers/EMR; strong communication skills for working with diverse patient populations; open to new graduates.
