Title: RN – NICU
Location: Odessa, TX 79761
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days 4×12 (48 hrs./week), 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of NICU RN experience
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Cerner experience required
- BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required
- PALS preferred
- Experience in a Level III NICU/high-risk neonatal setting
- Previous charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong experience caring for premature and critically ill neonates
Description:
Seeking an experienced NICU RN to provide specialized care to high-risk neonates in a Level III NICU. Responsibilities include neonatal assessments, medication administration, IV and central line management, ventilator and respiratory support, feeding management, phototherapy, thermoregulation, neonatal sepsis care, and participation in high-risk deliveries. The RN will also provide family education and collaborate with respiratory, social services, and other interdisciplinary teams.
