Description

UNIT:  OT
MGR INTERVIEW


Required Certifications: WI State OT License, BLS,  NPI # required. If the candidate does not have one, they need to start the process of applying for a NPI # in order to start. 
(Aspirus requires AHA or ARC certifications)

Required Education: completion of accredited Occupational Therapist program  

Minimum Experience: Two years working as an inpatient OT

Charting Experience Preferred: EPIC experience required

Required Skillset: Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates.

Dress Code: any professional scrubs


Shift Requirements: M-F 8 hour days - 0800-1630
Weekend Requirements: N/A
Holiday requirement: Subject to an every-other-holiday rotation schedule.
Float Requirements: N/A 
On Call/Call-Back: Travelers can be put on call for low census hours. The on-call hours that travelers are placed on will count toward the 36 low census unbillable hours. If the traveler is called back to the facility, they will be able to receive call back pay. Call back minimum is 2 hours.
