Description
Job Title: Corrections • Registered Nurse - Days
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in a correctional facility in Columbia, SC, providing care in a dynamic environment.
Position Details:
• 13-week contract, 39 hours/week
• Day shifts: 6 AM - 7 PM
• 5-day orientation
• Holiday and alternate weekends required
• Overtime available post 40 hours
• Possible contract extension
Qualifications:
• Active RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2+ years in Corrections or Acute Care (Behavioral Health considered)
• Med/Surg experience
Responsibilities:
• Care for male offenders aged 17+
• Assist in offender assessment and classification
• Operate in a Maximum Security Unit
Additional Information:
• COVID•19 vaccine requirement: None
• Limited RTO accepted
• No on-call duties
