Description

Shift Notes:M-F, 8 hr days- Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. We do ask the therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM./35 GWW

Weekend Requirements:No weekends unless a holiday falls within M-F, then they can make the hours up on the weekend.

On Call Requirements:No Call

Submission Requirements

1 year of SLP experience - REQUIRED
New Grads OKAY- as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience
LTC or Rehab experience - Required
MO State License - Required
CCC certified SLP - Required
Will accept one Reference at time of submission
