Description

PACU / Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (Surgical Recovery) Registered Nurse – Evening Shift

Schedule: Evening Shift | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours Per Week
On-Call Protocol: No on-call duties required (NO CALL).
Floating Protocol: No floating required.

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

EMR Proficiency [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical documentation experience in Epic EMR is mandatory.
Licensure Requirements [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active State RN License in state of practice.
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from approved vendor per AH policy [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP – PACU unit requirement].
- Demonstrated competency in Dysrhythmia interpretation and IV Sedation protocols [HARDSTOP].
Education & Experience: BSN preferred; acute care hospital PACU / Perioperative recovery experience strongly preferred.
