Description
Local Radius rule: No locals -- All candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility (based on drivers license)
Employee Separation Policy: Any past employee cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months.
HOLIDAY update: Unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

UNIT Info- Bed Size: Maternity, 16; Nursery, 12; NICU, 4; C-section suite, 1; Overflow rooms
- Ratios: Labor: 1:1; PP: 1:2; NICU: 2:1
- Patient Types: antepartum, MB, newborn, OB/GYN, NICU
- Drips/Titrations; glucose, magnesium, pitocin, insulin
- Delivery volume: 50-60 births/month
- Level 2 maternal/neonatal center
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Orientation Dates: 9/8, 9/14, 9/21
- 24 months of Labor & Delivery / L&D experience [required]
- nursery / Mother-Baby experience [preferred]
- Post Partum experience [nice to have]
- NICU experience [preferred[

Th recruiters are super nice and helpful.
Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
