Location: Bronx, NY
Facility: Montefiore Medical Park at Eastchester
Start Date: September 23, 2026
Duration: 9 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) with Gynecologic Oncology experience to provide clinical care at Montefiore Medical Park at Eastchester in the Bronx.
The NP will work collaboratively with physicians and the healthcare team to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, manage medications, and coordinate ongoing care.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and obtain patient histories.
- Develop and manage individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Evaluate patients and modify treatment plans based on clinical findings.
- Prescribe medications and provide patient education.
- Review and communicate laboratory and diagnostic results.
- Provide inbox/result management and coordinate follow-up care.
- Complete FMLA forms, peer-to-peer reviews, medical necessity documentation, and related clinical paperwork.
- Assist with genetic testing and Next Generation Sequencing applications when appropriate.
- Coordinate care with administrative and clinical teams.
- Participate in weekly PA coverage as needed.
Requirements
- Active New York NP license required.
- Gynecologic Oncology experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of NP experience preferred/required.
- BLS certification required.
- BSN required? No — not specified in the posting.
- Epic experience preferred.

- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- 37.5 guaranteed hours per week

Ideal Candidate: NP with strong Gynecologic Oncology experience who is comfortable managing patients independently while collaborating closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team.
