Description
Facility Name: Sacramento Sierra Rehabilitation Hospital - UC Davis
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN
• Specialty: Acute rehab
• Number of Openings:1
• Shift: 6:45AM-7:15PM (Day)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours:36
• Weekend Hours: EVERY OTHER
• Required Certifications: BLS
• Years of Experience: 6 months rehab or inpatient setting
• Float Requirements:N/A
• Additional Notes: Closed-toed shoes, Short Nails- no acrylic
Unit Information:
• Number of Beds: 52 beds (All private) current census 35
• Patient Ratios: 1:5
• Equipment: CERNER
• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Spinal cord, braind injuries, stroke, 18+, Amputations, isolation patients, trachs and lots of wound care. Restraints, 12 day patient stay
