Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for an outpatient population averaging 7–8 patients per day.
• Deliver infusion therapy and monitor patients throughout treatment.
• Provide specialized wound care and assess wound status and healing progress.
• Support patients receiving oncology-related treatments and therapies.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify changes in patient condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, assessment, and patient-care skills.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate individualized patient care.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Infusion RN experience – Required
• Active Michigan RN License – Required
• ADN or BSN – Required
• BLS (AHA or ARC) – Required
• Epic experience strongly preferred
• Excellent assessment and patient-care skills required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Wound Care Certification
• Chemotherapy Certification
• Wound care experience
