RN Med/Surg Requirements

RN License: Active RN license in the state of employment or Compact RN license
BLS: AHA BLS required
Experience: 1+ year related nursing specialty experience preferred
Education: BSN preferred
Specialty: Med/Surg, with experience caring for post-surgical, orthopedic, general surgery, and neuro patients
EPIC: Experience is a bonus/preferred
Floating: Must be willing to float
Patient Ratio: 5:1–6:1, depending on staffing
On Call: No call
Weekend: May be required based on scheduling needs

Schedule

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Shift: 12-hour nights
Hours: 36 or 48 hours/week
Start: ASAP
