Description

Responsibilities

Serve as an OR Circulator during surgical procedures
Provide and coordinate patient care throughout the perioperative process
Prepare the operating room and ensure necessary equipment and supplies are available
Verify patient identity, procedure, consent, and surgical site before procedures
Monitor patient condition and maintain patient safety throughout surgery
Assist with positioning, skin preparation, and other preoperative activities
Maintain sterile technique and follow infection-control and safety protocols

Required:

OR Circulator experience: 2–3 years in a multi-service operating room
Active RN license or Compact RN license
BLS certification
Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing with required clinical hours
Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required
Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred
