Description
Job Summary:
Provides evaluation and respiratory care to neonatal patients with respiratory insufficiencies. Assesses patients, develops and implements respiratory care plans, monitors patient conditions and equipment, performs advanced respiratory care modalities, administers respiratory medications and treatments, and responds to emergency/resuscitation codes.
Must-Have Requirements:
- RRT – NBRC
- NRP
- BLS – AHA
- Indiana Respiratory Care Practitioner credential or NBRC RRT credential
- Associate's/Technical degree, or high school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience
Preferred:
- ACLS
- PALS
Equipment: Servo N, Bunnell Jet Ventilator, 3100A Oscillator, Bubble CPAP, Optiflow
Scrub Color: Caribbean Blue
