Description
RN – IMCU / Step-Down
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts
Weekend: Every other weekend required
Block Scheduling: No
On-Call: No
Ratios: 1:3–1:4
48 Hours: Not approved
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
🚨 HARDSTOP / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
IMCU/Step-Down experience is REQUIRED.
Telemetry-only RNs should NOT be submitted.
Ideal candidates must have experience with:
- Trach & ventilator patients
- Critical care drips / titrated infusions
- Intermediate Care / Step-Down patients
- Complex cardiac patients
- Complex respiratory patients
- Higher-acuity patient populations
Important Assignment Requirements
- Must have a vehicle for this assignment
- Must be willing to float to other units based on skill set
- Travelers may also be required to float between facilities based on system needs
