What You'll Do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions across the maternal-newborn continuum
• Manage patient acuity and clinical priorities with autonomy
• Advocate for and apply evidence-based practice standards
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver patient-centric outcomes

What You Bring

Required:

• Active NJ RN license (or multi-state compact license)
• ASN minimum (BSN preferred)
• 1+ year of L&D specialty experience (5 years preferred)
• BLS (AHA)
• NRP
• Advanced AWHONN or EFM certification
• BSN
• ACLS
