🕐 Shift

• Day shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• 3 × 12-hour shifts
• 36 guaranteed hours/week
• Every other weekend
• No call

• Maria Parham Health
• Franklin Behavioral Health
• 33-bed psychiatric unit
• Acute Behavioral Health
• Duke Lifepoint Hospital
• Joint Commission Accredited
• EHR: Paragon

👥 Patient Population

• Adult Behavioral Health
• Geriatric Behavioral Health
• Must be willing to float between adult and geriatric BH units.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year RN experience
• ADN
• BLS
• Current CPI, NVCI, or HWC
• Strong de-escalation skills
• Strong communication skills

👩‍⚕️ Patient Ratio

• Approximately 1:10

💰 Local Rule

• Local rate: $42
• To be considered for the travel position, candidate must be 60+ miles from the facility.
