Monday - Friday b/t 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; with weekend call required, 1 on 4 off, Sat and Sun from 8 am to 12:00 pm.

The Echocardiographer (Echo Tech) works with the practice team to assist in the delivery of direct and indirect patient care in the hospital/office setting under the supervision and direction of the Practice Providers, Cardiology Director, Lead Echo Tech and the Practice Manager within the Echo Tech’s Scope of Practice. This includes, but is not limited to, prepare patients and diagnostic equipment for imaging procedures, explain procedures to patients answering any questions they may have, obtain high quality imaging, assist physicians to interpret the data from the images, ensure that records are kept properly, and to provide care through the use of hospital and practice standards of care.
