Job Description:

Position: Occupational Therapist - Homecare

Location: South Dennis, Massachusetts

Setting: Home Health

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• Day shifts
• 40 hours per week
• 2 weekends or 4 weekend days required during the 13-week contract
• Occasional holidays

Travel Pay Package:

• $2,821 per week total. Includes base pay, housing, meals and incidentals

Overview:

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy services in the home health setting
• Document treatments and patient progress according to plan of care
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic interventions and adaptive strategies
• Work independently while managing a homecare caseload throughout Cape Cod
• Great opportunity for experienced Occupational Therapists seeking a home health assignment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required
• Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Home health experience preferred
