Job Description:

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Hyannis, Massachusetts

Setting: Outpatient Rehabilitation

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• Rotating start times:
  • 7:30am-4:00pm
  • 8:00am-4:30pm
  • 8:30am-5:00pm
• No weekends
• No holidays
• 40 hours per week

Travel Pay Package:

• $2,981 per week total. Includes base pay, housing, meals and incidentals

Overview:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment interventions as appropriate
• Document treatments, outcomes, and patient progress accurately
• Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies

Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
