Requirements

• Current Colorado RN License.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required within one year of employment.
• ACLS Certification required within one year of employment.
• 4+ years of Obstetrics/Labor & Delivery experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of maternal and newborn care.
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-stress environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and infection-control principles.

Work Environment

• Full-time position: 36 hours/week.
• 12-hour night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• May rotate between shifts and clinical areas based on staffing and census needs.
• On-call availability is required.
• Position involves prolonged standing/walking and occasional heavy lifting.
• May involve exposure to blood, body fluids, infectious diseases, and other clinical hazards.
