Description
Shift Notes:M-F, 8 hr days- Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. We do ask the therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM
submission Requirements:
- 1 year of SLP experience - [REQUIRED]
- LTC or Rehab experience - [Required]
- New Grads OKAY- as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience
- TX State License - [Required] [Document]
- CCC certified SLP - [Required] [Document]
- 3 years experience holding active CCS-preferred
- Will accept one Reference at time of submission
- Must be submitted at the posted rate, if requested rate is higher candidate will be redirected
State License Requirements:
- Texas or Compact Allowed
