Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting, assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and feeding. Monitor and report changes in patient condition, maintain accurate documentation, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care. This is a 16-26 week contract assignment requiring 40 hours per week (80 hours biweekly) with every other weekend required.
