Experience: 2+ years required
Post-operative open-heart care: Required
Critical care experience: Highly preferred
Chest tube & drain management: Required
Radial & femoral access: Pre/post-procedure care required
Cardiac monitoring: Must interpret rhythm strips and recognize/respond to rhythm changes
Cardiac/Pulmonary Knowledge: Advanced knowledge required
Floating: Must float to all units within skill level
Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
License: Active Ohio RN license required
