Radiologic Technologist – OR | Vivian-Style Breakdown

Location: Ohio
Facility Type: Level I Trauma / Teaching Hospital
Start Date: 11/09/2026
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Days – 4×10s
Hours: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Call: As needed
Weekends: Rotating
Local Candidates: Accepted at the same rate

Position

Radiologic Technologist – Operating Room

Dedicated RT position providing C-arm and O-arm coverage for surgical procedures.

Required Qualifications

ARRT(R) certification
BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of RT experience
OR/Surgical experience
C-arm experience
O-arm experience
Level I Trauma experience
State license
Adult acute care experience

Hard Stop Requirements

C-arm experience required
O-arm experience required
Must have 3s or 4s experience with C-arm and O-arm
Level I Trauma experience required
Minimum 2 years of experience

Preferred

Epic experience
Teaching hospital experience
Adult outpatient experience
GE equipment experience

Responsibilities

Perform X-ray procedures during surgeries
Operate C-arm and O-arm equipment
Provide intraoperative imaging support
Work closely with surgeons and medical teams
Maintain equipment functionality
Follow radiation and safety protocols
Float to other locations/units of equal acuity as needed
Participate in continuing education

Compliance Requirements

RTO must be included at submission
2 professional references required
At least 1 reference must be from a manager, director, or supervisor
Ohio fingerprinting must be completed immediately after signing
Strict compliance deadline: Tuesday before start
Candidate must cooperate promptly with credentialing
Only one Ohio location should be submitted

Ideal Candidate RT(R) + BLS + 2+ years of experience + Level I Trauma + OR experience + C-arm + O-arm + 3s/4s equipment experience. General X-ray experience alone will not be enough for this position.
