LPN – Rutland, VT
📍 Location: Rutland, VT 05702
💼 Position: LPN
📅 Contract: Various contract lengths
🕒 Available Shifts:
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
⏰ Hours: 36–40 hours/week
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and document patients’ conditions and vital signs
• Assist patients with daily activities and personal care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare staff
