Tell us about the unit(s):
· Number of Centers – 2 Hospital Centers
· Number of Staff – 30 total, 10 Sonographers
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 5-6 Sonographers, 2 RNs, 1 Gen Counselor, 2 Registrars, Director,
· Patient Ratios – 10-12 patients per tech per day
· Type of equipment – E 8’s, E 10’S and Expert 22’s
· EMR – Viewpoint, Expanse
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· ARDMS
· OB/GYN Cert
· BLS
· OB/GYN detailed fetal exam experience
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· Fetal Echo
· Experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine Office or OB GYN office

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
