Description
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Assess and continuously monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, oxygenation, and other critical care parameters.
- Assist with procedures and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the EMR.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care when appropriate.
- Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Previous ICU/Critical Care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
