Description
Travel Assignment – Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Specialty: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Contract: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA) – REQUIRED
- Current state SLP license – REQUIRED
- CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility – REQUIRED
Job Duties
- Conduct patient screenings and evaluations
- Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Develop discharge plans
- Document services according to regulatory and facility requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Improve patients' communication and swallowing function
