Description

2+ years of RN experience, including at least 1 year of direct Med/Surg experience.
Must have prior Med/Surg experience; Med/Surg Neuro experience required.
First-time travelers are NOT accepted — must have at least 2 successful travel contracts.
BCLS and NIH/NIHSS certifications required.
Must have experience with IV starts, telemetry, and interpretation/management of dysrhythmias.
Must pass EKG testing before starting.
12-hour night shifts; 36 or 48 hours/week.
Every other weekend required.
Floating is required to other MS/Telemetry areas, including possible COVID care units.
Patient ratio: 1:6.
EPIC experience required.
Must be comfortable caring for Stroke/Neuro patients, including epilepsy and traumatic/non-traumatic subdural hematomas.
ACLS is preferred but not required.
13–26 week contracts accepted.
