Description
RN – Step Down | Neuro Step Down
Location: St. Louis, MO
Start Date: 09/14/2026
Duration: 12 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 3x12s | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Minimum 1 year of PCU/ICU experience required
- Neuro experience preferred
- Patient ratio: 1:3
- Experience with neuro step-down/PCU/DOU/IMC patients
- Experience with craniotomies, CVA, intracranial bleeds, seizures, traumatic brain injuries, and post-neurosurgery care preferred
- Experience with lumbar drains and post-TNK/TPA care preferred
- ACLS, BLS & NIHSS required
- BSN preferred
- Telemetry and dysrhythmia management experience
- Experience with tracheostomy care preferred
Float required | Every other weekend
