ER RN – Winchester Hospital | Winchester, MA

Facility: 183-bed regional hospital; 5x Magnet designated
Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly / 36 hours weekly
Float: No
Local Candidates: Not accepted

Requirements:

Active Massachusetts RN license
BSN preferred; Associate degree candidates considered
Epic experience required
BLS
ACLS
TNCC
PALS or ENPC
Must be separated from BILH for at least 6 months

Role Expectations:

Complete comprehensive patient assessments
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor patient condition and progress
Evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
Deliver safe, timely care in a fast-paced acute care environment
