Description
RN – Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool
Location: Charleston, SC
Start Date: 09/08/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 3x12s | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM; 36 hours/week
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience
- First-time travelers accepted with required experience
- SC or Compact State RN License required
- BLS & PALS required - AHA only
- PICU experience required
- Experience with ventilated patients, BiPAP/CPAP, acute airway management, chest tubes, central/PICC lines, IV vasopressors, continuous sedation, and ICP monitoring
- ECMO and CRRT experience preferred
- Epic/EMR experience not required; any charting system accepted
Float Required: RN will float to all pediatric units at the facility, including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU
Patient Ratio: 1:2 / 1:3
Every other weekend + holiday rotation
Locals accepted case-by-case
Flu vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions accepted
COVID-19 vaccine not required
