Description
Join an exciting opportunity as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room in Watertown, New York. This travel assignment offers an 8-hour day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with weekend, holiday, and on-call duties required. The position promises 40 guaranteed hours per week, allowing you to make a significant impact on patient care while advancing your career. This role is ideal for an RN with excellent leadership and communication skills, as you may occasionally take on charge nurse responsibilities. You will work in a dynamic OR/ASU setting, utilizing various clinical equipment to provide a safe and aseptic environment. Key responsibilities include providing quality patient care, assessing patient needs, and ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. Candidates should be graduates of an accredited School of Nursing with a current New York State RN license, and BLS certification is required. ACLS certification and experience with preceptorship and charge nurse duties are preferred. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced OR nurse with strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
