Travel Radiation Therapist
Center for Advanced Medicine – Radiation Oncology
St. Louis, Missouri
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts with a rotating day off
Weekends: None
Call: None
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Scrub Color: Any
COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required
Flu Vaccine: Required; medical and religious exemptions considered
Important: Local candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are not accepted.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Radiation Therapist experience
- ARRT (T) certification
- Active BLS certification
- Missouri license or qualifying compact license; pending Missouri license accepted
- Recent Epic and ARIA experience required
- Experience with CT simulation, IMRT, tumor localization, and image-guided radiation therapy
- TrueBeam, Halcyon, or Edge equipment experience strongly preferred
- Ability to treat patients ranging from infants to geriatric adults
- Willingness to float within the service line as needed
This is a large teaching and trauma facility with eight treatment machines, two CT scanners, and one MRI scanner. The Radiation Oncology department completes approximately 130 treatments and scans per day.
Requested time off is limited to 7 days and must be disclosed at submission. Block scheduling is not available.
