Travel Ultrasound Technologist
Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Weekend Requirement: Varied weekend call
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years
Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics
Daily Volume: Approximately 21 studies
COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required
Flu Vaccine: Required; medical and religious exemptions considered
Important: Local candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not accepted.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Ultrasound Technologist experience
- Must have both Echo and Vascular experience
- Must hold both cardiac and vascular registries
- Accepted registries include RDCS/RVT or CCI RCS/RVS
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications
- State license must be active and included at submission
- Experience with 2D and 3D Echo, M-Mode, bubble studies, contrast imaging, and portable studies
- Experience performing treadmill and pharmacologic stress echocardiograms
- Experience performing TEE procedures
- Comfortable completing studies in ICU and Emergency Department settings
- Travel experience preferred
- Altera charting experience preferred but not required
Equipment includes GE E95, GE E9, and Toshiba APLIO 300.
