• Shift Details: Days (4x10 Hours, 07:15 – 17:45).
• Scheduling Requirement: Must be willing to accept an 84-hour per two-week schedule (one week 3x12, next week 4x12).

What the Facility Wants (Requirements & Expectations)

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience required. Case experience must include Orthopedics, Vascular, GYN, Robotics, ENT, and General cases.
• License & Certifications: Active Compact or State RN License in hand at submission (no exceptions). Required certifications: BLS, PALS, and ACLS.
• Distance Rule: Resource must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be considered (locals not accepted).

Clinical & Unit Overview

• On-Call Requirements: On call every 4th weekend and 2 nights per week.
• Floating Requirements: Required within scope of practice.
• Holiday Policy: Must work either a major or minor of every holiday.
• RTO Policy: Up to 7 days of RTO allowed (must be presented upfront, no changes accepted).

• Middle name confirmation (strict requirement if none exists)
• 2 references (1 charge or higher, 1 supervisor reference completed within the last year)
