Physical Therapist (PT/PTA) – Outpatient Orthopedics
Location: Salem, Oregon
Facility/Clinic: Sunnyslope, Salem
Shift: 5×8-hour Day Shift
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Contract: 13 weeks
Start Date: September 21, 2026
End Date: December 18, 2026
