Experience & Skills HR experience required for submittal
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, quality management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in quality management, patient safety, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive quality strategies that drive business outcomes and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Experience overseeing quality assurance, performance improvement, patient safety, and risk management programs
